GO-BOSS processes and transmits such communications solely on behalf of the Customer.
GO-BOSS does not:
- determine the recipients of communications
- control the content of communications
- verify or validate consent from recipients
Customers are solely responsible for their relationships with their contacts and for ensuring lawful communication practices.
COMMUNICATION INFRASTRUCTURE
In providing the Service, GO-BOSS may share data with third-party providers including:
- telecommunications carriers
- SMS and voice delivery providers
- email delivery systems
- hosting and cloud infrastructure providers
These providers process data as necessary to deliver communications and operate the Service.
5. AI AND AUTOMATED PROCESSING
The Service may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to process data and generate communications.
This processing may include:
- analyzing data inputs
- generating responses or messages
- optimizing workflows
GO-BOSS does not use Customer Data for sale and does not use Customer Data to train generalized AI models outside of providing and improving the Service.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR DATA
Customers are solely responsible for:
- ensuring they have the legal right to collect and use personal data
- obtaining necessary consent from individuals
- complying with applicable privacy and communication laws
GO-BOSS does not independently verify the legality of Customer Data.
7. NO SALE/ NO DATA BROKERAGE
GO-BOSS does not sell, rent, or broker Customer Data or personal information.
8. DATA RETENTION
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy,
including:
•For the duration of your account or subscription
•As necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements
•For analytics and improvement purposes (in aggregated or anonymized form)
After account termination, we will delete or anonymize your information within ninety (90) days, except where retention is required: (a) to comply with applicable legal, tax, or regulatory obligations; (b) to resolve pending disputes or enforce our agreements; (c) to maintain financial records as required by applicable accounting standards; or (d) where data persists in backup systems, which shall be permanently deleted within an additional ninety (90) days.
